By requesting, confirming or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable terms.

Bookings & Confirmation

A booking request does not automatically constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed when Whinchat Safaris has accepted the booking and the required deposit or payment has been received, where applicable.

Safari itineraries, accommodation and activities are subject to availability and may require reasonable adjustments.

Payments

Payment requirements, deposits, balances and applicable deadlines will be communicated as part of your quotation or booking confirmation.

Where applicable, payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Additional provider terms may apply to those transactions.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms may vary depending on the safari package, accommodation provider, activity operator, travel dates and other suppliers involved in your booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges or refund conditions will be communicated during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.

We recommend that travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, delays, baggage and other unexpected circumstances.

Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel insurance and any other documents required for their journey.

Entry requirements may change. Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government, embassy or consular authorities before departure.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to provide accurate information, follow reasonable instructions from guides and service providers, respect local laws and customs, and behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.

Travelers should also disclose relevant requirements or limitations that may affect their participation in activities.

Pricing

Safari prices may vary depending on travel dates, group size, accommodation, transportation, park fees, exchange rates, supplier pricing and other operational factors.

A quotation will specify the services and inclusions applicable to that proposal. Unless otherwise stated, prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances

Travel involves circumstances that may be outside the reasonable control of Whinchat Safaris, including weather, road conditions, wildlife behavior, government actions, natural events, flight disruptions, illness and other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and adjust arrangements where necessary, but specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.
